The melody and progression is a bit simple for my tastes, but I do think it's mixed well. It also ends in an interesting and unexpected way. It's a good effort, and deserve more attention than a measly 8 views.

This is a pretty good-sounding track. No real complaints when it comes to mixing, I think you have it down. Almost reminds me of Aphex Twin's early works in a way. Keep developing your style.

This is a decent progression, though I feel the track suffers from a lack of identity due to its use of basic-sounding instruments. I would recommend experimenting with more personal sounds. If you can't record things yourself, you could always take some sound or synth and modify it until you have something unique to your particular DAW. Just a thought. I think you could take it places nobody else has been.

Thank you very much for your detailed review! I'm currently passionate about sound synthesis and I'm trying to spend more time on it. Although it takes a lot of time. I sometimes try to do something with only one sound for an hour, ahahah
But yeah, thank you again!

The bass is a bit loud, but I think you have a good track going here. I encourage you to keep working on your style and your melody-crafting. This could really go places.

I like the smooth and roomy reverb in this track. It doesn't remind me all that much of rain. Instead, I imagine staring into a large and perfect crystal geode, similar to the ones in Minecraft.

The instrumentation here is good, but I think the song takes a little too long to progress to its more intricate harmonies, and by the time that happens, the song is over. I think this idea would definitely benefit from an expansion into a more elaborate song.

Very good dark ambient piece here. Would work great in a horror-themed game or movie. It's a little too abrupt with its ending, though. Would have been nice if it looped more smoothly.

The strings on this piece are very, very nice to the ears. It's begging for a more elaborate melody to go with it. You definitely have a good starting thought here. Where will it go, however?

The instrumentation and mixing in this is very good. Super smooth synths and good progression. Kind of reminds me of Knytt Underground's figure spaces. I'll definitely check out more of your stuff.

Midnights-Ocean responds:

Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it. <:3

The instruments in this piece sound really good, and I like the somewhat eccentric percussion. Progression is a little stale though. Keep iterating your style.

It has the feeling of a montage track for some serialized drama. I think it does its job very well. The mixing is on point and it doesn't feel compromised at all. The melody leaves me wanting more, though.

Belastet responds:

Thanks for the feedback :) I will try my best to improve with mixing and melodies.
